  • Covid-19 (Coronovirus) Update


    As a result of the current COVID19 crisis, we are proposing the following measures to manage our affairs electronically:

    Routine Meetings
    Currently, the association meets on the first Saturday of each month at Lawley Bank Court on Martingale Way. Given the vulnerable nature of the residents, the scheduled monthly meetings for at least the next 3 months will be held digitally. These meetings are scheduled for:

    May 2nd at 9:30am
    June 6th at 9:30am

    Currently we are using WhatsApp and Microsoft Teams for digital meetings. If you wish to participate in any of these digital meetings, please can you let us know by emailing us at the following address:

    In the email, please provide your full name, address including postcode and email address. If you also wish to participate in our WhatsApp discussions, please add your phone number to the email address and ensure you have WhatsApp downloaded on your phone.

    To participate, you must be a member of the LVCA. It is free to join the LVCA for any person over the age of 16 living in a BVT charge-paying household. To register to join the LVCA click the link below:

    Our priority over the coming months will be to work together with everyone in the community to help each other through the crisis. In the meantime, we will do what we can to continue our work in building the new Stewardship Scheme and work with BVT and other key stakeholders to help the community.

  • The meetings of the LVCA usually take place on the first Saturday of every month from 9:30am to 11:30am. They typically take place at Lawley Bank Court, (Opposite Lawley Medical Practice), but please check before leaving, as the venue can sometimes change.

    The meetings for 2020 are as follows

    January 11th - 9am to 11am
    February 1st
    March 7th
    April 4th
    May 2nd
    June 6th
    July 4th
    August 1st
    September 5th
    October 3rd
    November 7th
    December 5th

  • Many members have asked that we post a map showing who is responsible for what. We have been working hard to try and get definitive maps, but this is a complex issue. BVT are working on an interactive geo map, which we hope will bring more clarity, but it is likely to take some time before this is is ready. In the meantime, we are posting a map of Lawley which has been given to the LVCA by the developers. It is not an official map and not endorsed by any other agency, such as BVT, Parish Council or TWC, and so should be used with caution. However, it will give residents an indication of what the developers are using to determine who is responsible for what, or who is planned to be responsible. The maps will always be slightly out of date. This latest map needs updating with the recent courtyard transfers but the highways and TWC land is correct as far as we know. The next update will be at the end of Sept.
