Annual General Meeting, Election of Officers and Extraordinary General Meeting
In April each year, we have our AGM and publish our Annual Report and Accounts. Every two years we elect officers. This year is an election year for officers of the LVCA. Given the crisis situation, we are proposing to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting on the 4th of April, to pass a resolution postponing our AGM and officer elections to a date no later than the 30th September 2020. If you wish to vote on this resolution, you must email the address below by the 31st March 2020.
If you do not register by this date, you will not be able to vote in the EGM.
Our priority over the coming months will be to work together with everyone in the community to help each other through the crisis. In the meantime, we will do what we can to continue our work in building the new Stewardship Scheme and work with BVT and other key stakeholders to help the community.
